"I let you keep the femur, but now, now I want my skull. Or perhaps, I might just take yours."

Dr. Werner Klopek is the main antagonist of the film.

He is portrayed by the late great Henry Gibson.

Biography[]

Werner Klopek is founded by many people as a well respected doctor at a university, a pathologist, to be exact.

He paints in his spare time. Little did the neighbors know that he and other Klopek family members dug up some skulls and bones in their trunk. After his house was burnt to the ground, Werner, who's in the ambulance, thinks Ray must have seen the skull of one of his former neighbors in the basement, attempts to murder Ray to collect his skull as well; this causes Ray to realize that Art was right about the Klopeks all along.

Hans assumes the role of the ambulance driver, but crashes into the Weingartners' house during the three-way struggle. The gurney, with Ray and Werner aboard, rolls out of the ambulance and down the street. Ray makes a hasty citizen's arrest on his would-be murderer as Ricky uncovers a large selection of human bones in the Klopeks' trunk.

The Klopeks (including Werner) are then arrested and the charges against Ray were dropped.
